- We gladly accept returns if the product does not meet your size, color, or expectations.
- To initiate a return, the product must be sent back within 15 days from the delivery date; returns will not be accepted beyond this period.
- It is mandatory to return the original tags, packaging, accessories, cards, etc. (all items received with the product) in their original condition along with the product.
- To claim a product as received damaged at LIORA, a clear 360 degree unboxing video is mandatory; claims without it will not be accepted.
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered from their original state will not be accepted for return.
- Refunds will only be initiated once the returned product is received and inspected by us.
- In the event of multiple items being returned, if the customer claims to have returned all items but some are missing from the original order, the amount equal to the full MRP of the missing item will be deducted.
- RTO Charge of ₹150 would be deducted from orders for which RTO process occurs.
- Customized items are not eligible for returns.
