Please read the following terms and conditions of the agreement carefully. 

The following demonstrates terms and conditions of use (here-in-after referred to as an "Agreement"), applicable to your use of this website i.e. liorajewels.in (hereinafter referred to as "Riddhi Siddhi Jewels"), which promotes business between we i.e. the seller/suppliers and you i.e. the buyers/consumers. It is an agreement between you as the user(s) of the web site (the "User(s)") and the company i.e. Riddhi Siddhi Jewels. We are having the brand name of our company as ‘Liora’. Before you subscribe to and/or begin participating in or using web site, we believe that user(s) have fully read, understood and accept the agreement.

SECTION 1 - Pricing Information
While Riddhi Siddhi Jewels strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Riddhi Siddhi Jewels shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched. In the event that an item is mispriced, Riddhi Siddhi Jewels may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. In the event that Riddhi Siddhi Jewels accepts your order the same shall be debited from your account and duly notified to you by email that the payment has been processed. The payment may be processed prior to Riddhi Siddhi Jewels’ dispatch of the product that you have ordered. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

SECTION 2 - Cancellation Policy
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to your account from which the payment was processed.

SECTION 3 - Cancellations by the Customer
The orders that have been placed once will not be cancelled and you will have to check our return policy on those orders. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Riddhi Siddhi Jewels and accept the decision regarding the cancellation.

SECTION 4 - Credit Card Details
User(s) agree, understand and confirm that the credit card/debit card/bank details provided by them for availing of services on Riddhi Siddhi Jewels will be correct and accurate and they shall not use the credit card/debit card which is not lawfully owned by them. Further the said information will not be utilized and shared by Riddhi Siddhi Jewels with any of the third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. Riddhi Siddhi Jewels will not be liable for any credit card/debit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on you.

SECTION 5 - Fraudulent / Declined Transactions
Riddhi Siddhi Jewels reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges and lawyer’s fees from persons using the Site fraudulently. Riddhi Siddhi Jewels reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Site and any other unlawful acts or acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions.

SECTION 6 - Electronic Communications
When you visit the Site or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the site.

SECTION 7 - Colours
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on the site as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

SECTION 8 - Reviews, Feedback, Submissions
All reviews, comments, feedback, postcards, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to Riddhi Siddhi Jewels on or by this Site or otherwise shall be and remain Riddhi Siddhi Jewels’ property. Riddhi Siddhi Jewels owns exclusively all such rights, titles and interests and shall not be limited in any way in its use, commercial or otherwise, of any Comments. Riddhi Siddhi Jewels’ will be entitled to use, reproduce, disclose, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publish, display and distribute any Comments you submit for any purpose whatsoever, without restriction and without compensating you in any way. You agree that any Comments submitted by you to the Site will not violate this policy or any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary right(s), and will not cause injury to any person or entity. You further agree that no Comments submitted by you to the Site will be or contain unlawful, threatening, abusive or obscene material, or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any form of "spam".

SECTION 9 - Comments Responsibility
Riddhi Siddhi Jewels does not regularly review posted Comments, but does reserve the right (but not the obligation) to monitor and edit or remove any Comments submitted to the Site. You are and shall remain solely responsible for the content of any Comments you make and you agree to indemnify Riddhi Siddhi Jewels and its affiliates for all claims resulting from any Comments you submit. Riddhi Siddhi Jewels and its affiliates take no responsibility and assume no liability for any Comments submitted by you or any third party.

SECTION 10 - Governing Law and Dispute Resolutions
Terms and conditions of use agreement and/ or Agreement, Privacy Policy shall be governed in all respects by the laws of Indian Territory. Riddhi Siddhi Jewells considers itself and intended to be subject to the jurisdiction only of the Courts of Rajkot, Gujarat. The parties to this Agreement hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat, India. In case of the dispute arsing for breach of any of the terms and conditions mentioned hereinabove or with regards to us i.e. Riddhi Siddhi Jewels, the same shall be referred to arbitration and in the case of arbitration, the individual/sole arbitrator will be appointed by the Riddhi Siddhi Jewels ad his/her decision shall be final and binding upon both the parties.

SECTION 11 - Miscellaneous

• Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope or extent of such section.
• Web site's failure to enforce any right or failure to act with respect to any breach by a User(s) under these terms and conditions will not waive that right nor waives Riddhi Siddhi Jewels’ right to act with respect with subsequent or similar breaches.
• Web site shall have the right to assign its obligations and duties in this Agreement and in any agreement relating to any/all of its Services to any person or entity.
• If any provision of the terms and conditions of use and/or Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

The above-mentioned terms and conditions of use and/or Agreement and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between the User(s) and Riddhi Siddhi Jewels with respect to access to and use of the web site, superseding any prior written or oral agreements in relation to the same subject matter herein.
